Welcome to Vrindavan Pooja. These Terms of Service govern your use of VrindavanPooja.com and purchases made through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced below. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Eligibility & Website Use

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and to use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

You must not misuse our website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, place fraudulent orders or use our content for unlawful purposes.

2. Products & Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, prices and availability information.

Natural and handcrafted products, including Tulsi malas, Rudraksha, gemstones and devotional accessories, may have minor variations in colour, texture, shape or finish. These variations do not excuse defects or material differences from the product description.

Please review the product’s size, materials, contents and care instructions before ordering.

3. Spiritual Products & Services

Descriptions of religious significance and traditional benefits reflect devotional beliefs and practices. We do not guarantee particular spiritual, health, financial, relationship or other personal outcomes.

Spiritual products, pooja services and astrology consultations are not substitutes for qualified medical, legal or financial advice.

Where a product is described as abhimantrit, blessed or ritually prepared, we remain responsible for providing it as described.

4. Orders & Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an automated acknowledgment. This confirms receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or, for services, confirm your booking.

We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine reason, such as stock unavailability, an unserviceable delivery location, suspected fraud or a material listing error. We will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled order.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other payable fees will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

Prices and offers may change for future orders. We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent.

If we discover a material pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or receive a refund.

Payments must be made through the options available at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines are provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If delivery is delayed or your parcel is missing, contact our support team. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Courier involvement does not remove our responsibilities under applicable law.

For international orders, any destination-country import duties or taxes payable by the customer will be subject to the disclosures made before purchase and applicable law.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Replacements

Product cancellations, refunds, replacements and size exchanges are governed by our Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy, available on the website.

As outlined in that policy:

• Change-of-mind cancellation requests should be submitted within 1 hour of placing an order.
• Please report damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries preferably within 24 hours for prompt assistance.
• Approved voluntary size exchanges are subject to eligibility, availability and the stated ₹200 exchange fee.
• Fees for voluntary size exchanges do not apply when we supplied a defective item or the wrong size.

Reporting windows and voluntary exchange conditions do not limit your statutory rights.

8. Pooja Bookings & Astrology Consultations

Where offered, the service description and booking confirmation specify the scope, schedule, inclusions and any photo, video or consultation deliverables.

You are responsible for providing accurate details needed to perform the service, such as names, gotra or birth information.

Any service-specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions must be disclosed before payment. Contact us promptly if you need a change.

If we cannot provide a confirmed service, we will offer an alternative for your approval or refund the amount paid for the unprovided service. Remedies for deficient or incorrectly described services remain available under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and handle personal information.

Information submitted for orders, pooja bookings or consultations will be handled in accordance with that policy and applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property & Reviews

Website content, including our branding, original photographs, text and designs, belongs to Vrindavan Pooja or its respective rights holders. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission, except as permitted by law.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading content. We may moderate content that violates these conditions, but will not remove a review solely because it expresses a negative opinion.

11. Website Availability & Responsibility

We take reasonable care to maintain the website and correct errors but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

You are responsible for using products according to the supplied instructions and taking reasonable care of your account credentials.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, misleading representations, defective products, deficient services or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent consumer commission, court or other authority, including in a location permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and publish the revised version with an updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively. They will not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing order without your agreement.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
